Why? The answer.

When we first started this adoption process almost one year ago... I wrote this post titled "Why? The answer".

But then I didn't know this face.

Now...I really know the answer.

It sparkles in these eyes. It flows through a scrunchy face grin. And it's heard in laughter.

  1. Oh she is SO beautiful!
And she has met the tickle monster!

Has she met "This little Piggy Went to Market" yet? That was the first one
I did with Honey so I could tickle her!
    ENJOY!

  2. Your Grace is absolutely stunning. I somehow came across your blog & have totally been stalking your trip to China.
This post is beautiful...and so is "Why? The answer".
I feel like you literally have taken words from my mind and put them down perfectly.
We have 2 young (blonde) bio kiddos and are 5 months into the mountain of paperwork for our young SN treasure from China. CL/CP is one of the 2 needs we are open to right now...
and... By Grace We Are FIVE.... ;-)

I am soo enjoying your blog.

Right now I am living through the emptyness of not knowing where our little one is at this moment. I am thinking of her constantly.

Your blog is such an encouragement.

And...oh yes, your Grace is simply stunning.

    God's blessings to you all.

  9. Love the pictures. Can't wait to meet her. Don't worry we won't show up Thursday night when you get home. We'll give you a little time, but not too much! Kids were great this weekend. Busy, busy, seems like a blur. Lots of playing in the snow and making snowmen. D forgot his boots but don't worry we just tied plastic bags to his feet! He didn't seem to mind.
