One Year - Gotcha Anniversary!

Happy Gotcha Day Miss Gracie!

We can hardly believe a year has past since that chilly day in Zhenghzou when we first saw your face in person. When we first held you. When our hearts burst open with joy.

We love you more than words could ever say. Our family is immeasurably blessed by you!

  5. I had tears in my eyes throughout that whole video. What a beautiful little girl she is growing up to be and how blessed we all are to have her here with us. I have to also say how I admire you and steve for stepping out and following gods plan for you. It must've been scary but what a blessing it has brought. She is going to be so touched when she watches that video when she's older. Amazing job.

  9. Absolutely beautiful. As I watched it David kept saying that was him, that's me mommy! So cute that he associated himself with her because they look alike. We talked about who it was and that lead to a sweet time of recounting his adoption.

Thank you for posting, Congrats on a year well done!
    Blessings,
    laurie

I remember following your journey last year as we were about to leave to bring home our little girl who also has cleft lip/palate. 12. Deb, I gotta tell ya, Grace is very special to me. She was the first adoption journey that I followed when we officially started our journey to Tahlia. I didn't even known at that time that I'd be adopting a Cl/cp baby....in fact, the idea scared me a bit!! But, watching your journey to sweet Grace helped open my heart to these special little babies.....God used little Grace to give me a glimpse of the joys that would be ahead of us if we would step out in faith!!!
The video is beautiful!!!!! Such a testimony to the Lords love for the orphan!!!!! ((hugs))
